Raising Money for Cystic Fibrosis

I know I don't post on here very much anymore.
And I know I've got most of you on FB. Or Twitter.
And I know you're going to get very sick of me harping on about this for the next few weeks, so I do apologise in advance!

But as this is a cause close to the Cribs boys heart, I hoped you wouldn't mind me posting it up on here? I'm swimming a mile in Salford Quays (ugh) on July 1st to raise money for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust (which I'm sure you'll remember, were the benefactors of Cribsmas. HOW I MISS CRIBSMAS!).

I lost a very close friend to CF a year before Cribsmas, so it's exceptionally close to my heart too.. and if you could give anything, even £1, it'd be super. If you're not comfortable sponsoring me, then hell - maybe donate some other time instead - The CF Trust is an incredible charity.
