If people are there just to see Adam Green they might grab a drink when his set is finished. You'll have a great time :D Enjoy!

Oh, no doubt, I theorized that because that's what happened when Jeff Lewis finished last time I saw the band.

Chicago roll call, anybody? Even though it's 200 miles away and I hadn't seriously planned on it (because I have orchestra at college until 6PM my time), it only just occurred to me that Chicago is one hour behind Michigan, so if I head straight to my car and go, I might get to the venue around 8:30 their time, and even if I'm a little late, it's still back-to-back Cribs gigs. Plus it's the debut of Ross' Ringo drum.

And I want to hear all about that!

Smart thinking about the time difference!

Traversing time zones to see The Cribs? Impressive!

I'm taking my younger brother tonight to the show. Should be a blast. He's only 21 years younger than me, but he will fit in better than I will. Being 40, some people may wonder why I go to shows like this...but with the crappy bands out today, there is no better way to answer them than "Piss off."
Why the hell would I go see Lady Gaga or some of the pop crap that is out there now.
Seen these guys in Chicago in 2008 and before that with Franz Ferdinand and Death Cab for Cutie when they toured Detroit back in 2006.

About to get my mandatory dorm ish out of the way, then off to gig #3. I might get there in time for Adam Green, or midway. Which sucks because the Dead Trees (doing their own material, they back up Adam on this circuit) were pretty good in the Chi. gabbysdad, funny you should mention Gaga, seems like everyone I know at Purdue is going to see her tonight.
